at George Bush High School
in Richmond, Texas ...earned four letters in baseball as a centerfielder
and three letters in basketball as a forward ... member of the USA Baseball

scored twice and stole a base in the United States' 11-7 victory over
Taiwan in the championship game ... competed in the 2005 High School All-American
Baseball Game in Albuquerque, N.M. ... for his high school career, batted
