his team in stolen bases as a junior...versatile athlete who quarterbacked
the football team as a senior...threw for 1,997 yards and 17 touchdowns...also
rushed for 684 yards and five more touchdowns...was the starting quarterback
for the Texas High School All-Star game the summer after his senior
year...also listed as the No. 36 wide receiver in the nation and the
No. 95 player in the state of Texas by Rivals.com...listed as the No.
88 player in the state of Texas by SuperPrep Magazine...a member of
the Houston Chronicle's Top 100 list...was a first-team all-district
selection and team MVP as a senior...finished second in the league in
passing yards as a senior...started his first game as a 14-year-old
sophomore...runs the 40 in 4.45 seconds and sports a 36 1/2-inch vertical
jump.

(geo science specialist) Jones of Sugar Land, Texas...has a half-brother,
Anthony (33), and a half-sister, LaKisha (28)...was his school's Homecoming
King as a senior...member of the all-academic team...volunteered at
the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Houston and Bo's Place, an organization
for children who have lost loved ones...lists Playstation 2 as one of
his hobbies...born Sept. 9,1986 in Humsle, Texas...full name is Michael
Anthony Jones.
